It's an unfortunate reality that many of us either have or will encounter aggressive or confronting behaviour at work. What we can control is how we react to these incidents, by responding with emotional intelligence and appropriate communication skills.
With this one-day workshop, you’ll learn to recognise physical and physiological changes that take place in the body during stressful encounters, and how developing emotional intelligence can increase your self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management skills.
Go beyond the basics to understand the nature of conflict, anger and violence as it may come to affect you and learn to use risk assessment and management skills to improve your situational awareness.
