Cooking 101

Build your culinary skills and confidence through the mastering of easy to learn techniques in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. You'll be dicing, sauteing and plating up with the best of them in no time.

Each night you will cook and then enjoy dinner as a group and still have other food to take home for show and tell. The course will include a range of foods including soups, casseroles, salads and desserts.

We regret that specific dietary requirements cannot be catered for on an individual basis. If you have medical dietary requirements please contact us BEFORE enrolling.

PLEASE NOTE: there is an additional fee of $20 per class covering all ingredients. This is payable directly to the course tutor and can be paid each night or as a total payment of $120 on the first night
