Enjoy the harmony and peace that gentle exercise can bring. Tai Chi emphasises soft flowing movements combined with diaphragmatic breathing and good posture, helping promote calmness, strength and good health.
Tai Chi is described as meditation with movement and it's flow develops an internal energy called Chi (Qi).
Alan has taught the Yang 'traditional' short form and long form and Chi Kung (static exercises) for over 30 years.
Beginners and continuing students welcome.
