Digital Photography for Beginners


Course Image

Learn the essential camera controls to get the most out of your digital camera. Also learn basic photography skills including exposure control, composition and basic image enhancements on a computer.

Outline:
Week1 - Introduction to digital photography, technology, hardware and software
Week 2 - Colour and colour management in digital photography, Digital camera features and controls
Week 3 - Introduction to photographic techniques and concepts, photographing people, landscapes, children and other topics
Week 4 - Picture problems and how to fix them, Image manipulation and editing software.
Week 5 - Special techinques and tricks to improve photographs
Week 6 - How to print photographs, preserving images for next generations.
