In this course you will learn how to:
* Make a puppy dog
* Basic cupcake icing
* Hand mould flowers
* Make a monogram
* Ganache and ice a round cake with sharp edges.
Unless otherwise notes all Short Course classes are for students 16 years of age or older.

Please note: An additional cost for each enrolee for specialist equipment, specific to this class, is due to the tutor at the first session. The cost of the kit for this class is $55 and must be paid for in cash. All kits are discounted to warehouse prices. Each student will need their own set of equipment. With the time constraints of the class it is not possible to share. In addition to your kit you will need to supply an 8” or 20cm round cake in week 4, 12 cupcakes and 1 batch of butter cream icing (recipe provided) in week 2 and modelling paste in week 3. The recipe for the modelling paste is the same as in Introduction 1. Carry over items from Introduction 1 kit needed: CMC, Sugar Glue, Ball tool, working mat, piping tip 352, couplers and piping bags and rolling pin.
