Pilates Mat Work for continuing students

This class is for those who have completed the Pilates Beginners course or have done equivalent classes elswhere. The course will build on the knowledge and strength gained through the Foundation series.

Pilates is a fitness method which aims to improve posture and muscle functioning. Pilates focuses on postural alignment by strengthening the deeper abdominal muscles, supporting mobility through the entire body.

Please inform the instructor of injuries prior to the course commencing, to determine suitability. NOT recommended for pregnant women or those with significant spinal pathologies.
