In today's world, fear is a player in everyone's experience, but recognising how it affects us can help us move forward with our lives.
The aim of this workshop is to help you discover that fear is the poor cousin to the life you deserve to live, and that by understanding some simple core principles you can learn to recognize when fear constructs arise, reflect on how they are affecting youreveryday experience, and resolve the fear to enable a productive and satisfying life.
