A huge thank you to the Centre for Short Courses (CSC) at CIT Solutions.
As part of our workplace Health & Wellbeing program, a Health Week is put on each year as an opportunity for enhancing staff cohesiveness and to increase their general awareness of health and wellbeing issues.
This year we had help from CSC in providing different sessions on each day of the week. All classes were booked out well before the event and the feedback received was extremely positive. The facilitators were fantastic and tailored classes to all levels. The value for money for each of these classes is exceptional. I would highly recommend any organisation looking for a cost effective way of promoting health and wellbeing initiatives to contact CSC and prepare to be impressed with what you get in return.
